We scored an impressive 99/100 points in the last 5S-Kaizen audit and were therefore awarded the 5S certificate again.
Last week, we underwent an intensive review as part of our 5S Kaizen audit to refresh our certification. By consistently applying the 5S principles – sorting, systematisation, cleanliness, standardisation and self-discipline – we create a working environment that promotes efficiency and minimises waste. This not only helps to increase our performance, but also allows our employees to develop in an organised and safe environment.
We are pleased to announce that we passed this audit with flying colours and scored an impressive 99 out of 100 points! This represents a further 4% improvement on the previous year!
It’s great to see how all departments consistently maintain a uniform standard and are determined to improve year on year. This success also reflects the fact that our corporate culture is characterised by continuous improvement and common goals.
