One component of our philosophy is our suggestion scheme, which enables our employees to contribute their creative ideas and solutions for a variety of areas, be it in relation to process optimisation, sustainability or social initiatives.
Last year, we received a total of 55 suggestions for improvement from 14 different departments, in which 43 employees participated. 15 of these suggestions were successfully implemented, resulting in total savings of around 18,000 euros for our company.
As every year, we organised an exclusive special draw among all participants. Participants had the chance to win HGV vouchers worth up to €200. We are delighted to announce the following winners:
