Thanks to its unique 2-component technology, the DuoLine newcomer meets high load requirements: Its nylon base body knots into the building material. Meanwhile, its metal sleeve folds open behind the panel and presses firmly against its rear wall. As the plug is installed directly together with the attachment using a cordless screwdriver without additional setting tools, users save up to 50% installation time compared to using other solutions,” says Dustin Beier, Product Manager Business Unit Plastics at the fischer group of companies.

The innovative folding card for the DuoHM plug, developed in close cooperation between colordruck Baiersbronn and fischer, impresses with its functionality and appealing design. The focus of the packaging is the clear presentation of the new product at the point of sale. “The intelligent combination of packaging design and print image clearly illustrates how the plug works in different materials. This makes it easier for consumers to understand how the product works and enables direct contact,” explains Sven Delitzsch, Senior Expert Packaging at the fischer group of companies.

“By using mono-material, we were not only able to improve recyclability, but also reduce the environmental impact without compromising product protection”, describes Matthias Finkbeiner, Sales Manager at colordruck Baiersbronn. This choice improves recyclability and the ecological footprint.

The packaging is stable, requires no additional fixings such as adhesive and can be erected quickly thanks to its clever design.
