The Northern Black Forest Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Nordschwarzwald) has once again awarded colordruck Baiersbronn the prestigious “1A ausgezeichneter Ausbildungsbetrieb” seal of quality for outstanding vocational training. This respected distinction recognises companies with exceptional training standards and a strong commitment to supporting their apprentices.
Receiving this seal again underlines our family business’s ongoing commitment to training young talent and confirms the high quality of our apprenticeship programmes. We first received this prestigious distinction in 2020.
colordruck Baiersbronn has always been committed to creating an inspiring learning environment in which apprentices can reach their full potential. Through a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, we give our apprentices the opportunity to develop in different areas and acquire valuable skills for their future careers.
“At colordruck Baiersbronn, training young talent is not just a responsibility, but a passion. We believe that high-quality training lays the foundation for a successful future, both for our apprentices and for our company,” emphasises Jürgen Kilgus, Head of Human Resources at colordruck Baiersbronn.
Receiving the seal again not only recognises our outstanding work, but also highlights the importance of high-quality vocational training in today’s working world. We remain committed to supporting those starting their careers and providing an inspiring training environment to develop tomorrow’s skilled professionals.
“We are proud to have once again been recognised as a ‘1A ausgezeichneter Ausbildungsbetrieb’ and will continue our commitment to outstanding vocational training in the future,” adds Kilgus.
