With 78 out of 100 points, we were awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal in the latest sustainability assessment. This places us among the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis over the past twelve months.
Our Sustainability Management in Focus
Sustainability is a topic that remains important to us in the long term and continuously brings new challenges and opportunities for improvement. This makes it all the more important for us to regularly obtain an independent assessment of our sustainability management.
For this purpose, we use EcoVadis, an internationally established assessment platform. It evaluates how companies integrate sustainability into their structures and operations. The assessment focuses on four key areas: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Among other factors, existing policies, implemented measures, and related reporting are taken into account.
New Impetus for Our Continued Development
This year’s Silver Medal shows where we stand in comparison to other assessed companies. At the same time, the result provides valuable insights into areas where we can further improve our activities.
The assessment is also relevant to our customers. It provides an additional source of information and makes our sustainability management more transparent based on standardized criteria. The award relates to the assessed company and does not constitute a certification of our products or services.
Our progress so far has been made possible by the many people who contribute their efforts and commitment in their respective areas every day.
