We have once again managed to reach the highest level 5S-Excellent.

We have once again managed to achieve the highest level 5S-Excellent. Last year, we were the first company in Germany to receive a continuity award from the Lean Network Institute GmbH & Co. KG with a continuity award.

Lean Manager Sarah Würth emphasises “For us, Kaizen 5S does not mean working faster, but easier and more efficiently. The employees benefit from a structured and clean working environment in which you can find the things you need without the hassle of searching. At the same time, 5S forms the basis for optimising processes.”

With a fulfilment level of 98 per cent, we were once again able to achieve the 5S Excellent status in administration and production. “I am particularly pleased that the print shop was able to achieve 100 per cent despite its large area,” adds Sarah Würth. Despite numerous Corona measures, such as the spatial separation of workplaces, it was also possible to raise standards in administration to a new level.
