colordruck Baiersbronn hands over cheque for 1,500 euros to Mitteltal trombone choir
During the lockdown, the church in Mitteltal also had to remain closed. Church services, weddings and also trombone concerts in the hospital did not take place during this time. Nevertheless, in order to put a smile on the faces of the citizens, the members of the Mitteltal trombone choir played several pieces of music every Sunday from various vantage points in the village. Safety regulations, such as the distance rule, were always observed by the brass players as they played music at different heights. colordruck Baiersbronn thanked the Mitteltal Trombone Choir for this great campaign with a donation of over 1,500 euros. The partners Renate Bengel (second from left) and Marlis Schwedes (second from right) symbolically handed over a cheque. The donation will be used for new jackets and possibly for a group outing of the trombone choir. The outdoor concerts took place until the end of the summer holidays. Since last week, concerts in the hospitals are allowed again.
