On 01.09.2020 the starting signal was given for the beginning of the training. Seven young people began their training at colordruck Baiersbronn.
Patricia will be the first female packaging technologist to start her training at colordruck Baiersbronn. Leotrim Gashi and Enes Atilgan will start as packaging technologists. Beforehand, they were able to gain some insights into the activities of a packaging technologist through a work placement and to get to know their future colleagues. In the print shop, Nick Bührer and Kenan Djekic will complete their training as media technologists for printing. As a digital and print media designer, Evelina Bredmann will learn a lot about design and technology. In the administrative area, Nadja Würth will be trained in various areas as an industrial clerk.
The start of the training began with a welcome by the partners Marlis Schwedes and Renate Bengel and the personnel manager Jürgen Kilgus. Afterwards, the trainees learned a lot about the company, IT security, management systems and CIP. On the second day, the trainees learned everything worth knowing for the start of their training and professional life in a trainee workshop. The 2nd introductory day was rounded off with a Segway tour through Baiersbronn. Here, the new trainees and the trainers could already get to know each other a little better. The packaging manufacturer from Baiersbronn wishes all trainees a good start to their training and much success in the coming 3 years at colordruck Baiersbronn.
