As a Management Representative (m/f/d), you will take on key management and coordination responsibilities while expanding your scope to include Compliance, Sustainability, and Waste Management.

Your Responsibilities.

  • Management responsibility for standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, FSC/PEFC, and Organic: further development of the management system, audit planning, and support of certification processes

  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal and internal requirements, conducting risk analyses and training

  • Sustainability Management: Development and implementation of ESG measures as well as preparation of relevant sustainability reports

  • Waste Management Officer: Monitoring waste streams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining the necessary documentation

Your Expertise.

  • Completed degree (e.g. in Business, Law, Quality Management, Sustainability) or a comparable qualification; alternatively, relevant professional experience and corresponding further training in at least one of the mentioned standards

  • Proof of expertise in the relevant standards

  • Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a high level of integrity

  • A strong interest in actively shaping change processes and taking on responsibility
