An afternoon filled with reunions, shared memories, and new impressions – At our traditional retiree reunion, former colleagues came together to stay in touch and enjoy a wonderful afternoon together.
Our retiree reunion has been an integral part of our company culture for many years. Around 40 former employees registered for this year’s event. The gathering provides a regular opportunity to reconnect with former colleagues, catch up on the latest news, and stay informed about the ongoing development of our company.
Insights into Our Production
The afternoon began with a guided tour of our production facilities. During the tour, guests gained insights into our current work areas and processes and had the opportunity to see firsthand how our company has evolved over time. It was also a chance to revisit familiar areas and reminisce about their time working together.
Time for Personal Conversations
Afterwards, everyone gathered for coffee and cake in a relaxed atmosphere. The focus was on reconnecting and spending time together. Guests shared stories, laughter, and memories of their time at the company. There was plenty of time to catch up on the latest news and reconnect with familiar faces. Our guests also received a small gift as a token of appreciation.
Staying Connected Beyond Working Life
Many of our former employees have played an important role in shaping colordruck Baiersbronn over the years. That is why maintaining personal connections with them, even after retirement, is so important to us. Through our annual retiree reunion, we aim to strengthen these relationships and ensure that those who have contributed to our company’s history continue to feel part of our company community.
We would like to thank all our guests for a wonderful afternoon, the many enjoyable conversations, and the warm reunion. We are already looking forward to our next gathering.
