On January 16, 2026, our employees, managers, and guests gathered at the festively decorated “Sonne” in Röt to celebrate the annual employee awards ceremony. It was an evening filled with gratitude, shared memories, and recognition for the special career paths of our colleagues.
Managing Director Mike Günther opened the evening and emphasized the importance of solidarity and appreciation at colordruck Baiersbronn. Together with HR Manager Jürgen Kilgus, he looked back on an extraordinary anniversary year: 20 employees were honored for a total of 350 years of service – ranging from ten to 25 to an impressive 40 years.
A special highlight was the 40th anniversary of Gerald Zwissler, who, in addition to recognition from the company, also received a certificate of honor from the state of Baden-Württemberg, presented by Mayor Michael Ruf.
In addition to the honors, it was also time to say goodbye: nine colleagues entered their well-deserved retirement in 2025. With them, colordruck Baiersbronn bids farewell to more than 355 years of experience, commitment, and personality. Managing Director Martin Bruttel paid tribute to the retirees with personal words: “Each and every one of them has left a lasting mark.”
The evening was marked by warm words, personal stories, and many shared moments. It showed once again that colordruck Baiersbronn is more than just a workplace—it is a company where people grow and work together over many years.
