For the sixth time in a row, colordruck Baiersbronn is delighted to receive the “Top Company” seal from kununu. This special award is based on the ratings of our employees and reflects our ongoing commitment to an appreciative working environment.
The fact that we will once again be among the top companies in 2026 is a great confirmation for us. The award shows that our measures are effective and that, together as a team, we are creating an atmosphere in which people feel comfortable and can develop further.
Our employees take center stage
Following last year’s pay increases, another pay rise followed in the summer of 2025, underlining our continued appreciation of our employees. As part of our employee anniversary celebrations, numerous colleagues were once again honored this year for their long-standing loyalty. In total, we honored 13 employees for an impressive 305 years of service – a record in the company’s history that underscores employee satisfaction and shows that our employees feel at home with us.
Our junior staff are also contributing to this positive development: all trainees who successfully completed their training this year were offered permanent positions and are now strengthening our team. This is what makes us a sustainable employer and shows that young talents also have real future opportunities in our training company.
