For the fifth time in a row, colordruck Baiersbronn has been awarded the coveted “Top Company Seal” by kununu. This recognition is based on the independent assessments of our employees and confirms our commitment to an outstanding working environment.

Investing in employee satisfaction

In addition to our already established 37.5-hour week with no pay cuts, we have increased our employees’ remuneration by almost 9% in the last 16 months. Furthermore, by opening a new break room on our 140 sqm roof terrace and installing a snack vending machine, we have created new opportunities for relaxation, interaction and break times.

We have also significantly simplified our application process this year. Applicants are now forwarded directly from the job advertisement to a form where they can apply for the advertised position in just a few steps. This change is intended to make the path to us as an employer even less complicated and enable talented specialists to apply quickly and easily.
