With a modernized stand concept and an interactive highlight, we were once again present at the Topjob training fair in 2025 and attracted numerous interested young people.
On July 17, 2025, colordruck Baiersbronn was represented at the Topjob training fair in Freudenstadt as it is every year – this year with a completely new stand. The modern appearance was specifically geared towards the expectations and interests of the young target group and met with a consistently positive response.
In addition to the clear, visually strong stand concept, our new interactive campaign in particular attracted a lot of attention: a basketball machine directly at the stand invited visitors to take part and quickly became a popular meeting point. The sporting challenge created a relaxed atmosphere and made it easier to start a conversation – in keeping with this year’s motto: targeted training.
As in previous years, numerous school students took the opportunity to find out more about apprenticeships and career opportunities at colordruck Baiersbronn. The focus was on personal discussions – supported by a stand concept that focuses on experiencing rather than reading.
The positive response to the stand and the campaign confirms the path we have taken: approachable, interactive and clear in appearance – this is how we presented ourselves as an attractive training company in the region.
