During the Whitsun vacations, colordruck Baiersbronn opens its doors to employees’ children. The children’s taster days provide exciting insights into the everyday working life of mom and dad.
What do mom and dad actually do at work all day? We will be answering this question again this year during the Whitsun vacations. As part of the children’s taster days, the children of our employees have the opportunity to spend half a day immersing themselves in their parents’ workplace.
Whether in the office, in logistics or in production – the children accompany their parents through everyday working life, gain insights into processes and tasks and gather many new impressions in the process. This brings their parents’ profession to life and makes it tangible. Curious questions are asked, machines are marveled at and even small tasks are tried out. The focus is on the shared experience – with curiosity, amazement and a dose of pride.
