We also welcomed many new faces in 2024! A total of 21 new employees, including trainees, have joined our team. With their energy, ideas and fresh perspectives, they bring valuable impetus to our company – exactly what we need to remain innovative and continue to develop.
In 2024, our company had 296 employees. We are also proud of our young talent: 18 trainees were part of our team last year. With a trainee ratio of 6.1%, we are sending a strong signal for the promotion of young talent and making targeted investments in the specialists of tomorrow.
Another positive sign: Our staff turnover rate in 2024 was just 3.5% – a figure that shows that our employees feel comfortable and want to work with us in the long term.
