Yesterday evening, the Baden-Württemberg 2024 Environmental Award ceremony took place at the New Palace in Stuttgart. Among the more than 100 entries, we were awarded the jury prize for our exceptional commitment to sustainability. This award highlights particularly innovative and effective measures by companies that are committed to climate protection and resource conservation.
A total of eight companies received awards in six different categories in recognition of their impressive commitment in various areas of sustainability. The Baden-Württemberg Environmental Award is one of the most important awards for companies that provide exemplary services in the areas of climate protection, resource conservation and energy efficiency.
We were particularly moved by the recognition from Environment Minister Thekla Walker, who highlighted not only our ecological but also our social initiatives in her speech. “The recognition from Minister Thekla Walker and the environmental award are a great affirmation for us and motivate us to work even more creatively and with even more energy on our sustainability goals,” says Pia Stockburger, Sustainability Manager at colordruck Baiersbronn.
Our Managing Director Martin Bruttel commented on this success with the words: “A fantastic success for colordruck Baiersbronn! This award is a great recognition of the diverse projects that our sustainability team has implemented in recent years with exceptional expertise and enthusiasm”.
With this award, we are closing the year 2024 in the most beautiful way imaginable – and look forward to continuing to work at full speed on a more sustainable future in the coming year.
