We attach great importance to hygiene and process reliability across the entire production process: We are legally obliged to do so in lots of industries but, even more importantly, we demand it of ourselves. We meet these requirements using the latest technologies, including self-driving transport systems (also known as AGVs).

Various certifications, including the Global Standard for Packaging – the BRC, underline our expertise and our process reliability in the fields of HACCP, hygiene, food safety, and quality systems. The BRC standard is also recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), a programme aimed at synchronising international food safety standards that is supported by the world’s major retailers and food manufacturers. We are therefore committed to consumer safety around the world and we guaranteethe highest standards in safety for our customers’ products.

Printing

Depending on the edition and individual requirements, we produce and print folding boxes using both offset and digital printing techniques. Based on your requirements, we work with you to decide on the most suitable and most efficient printing process

Hot embossing

75% of purchasing decisions are made at the point of sale itself. The special appeal of exclusive packaging can therefore be a massive sales booster. We have a wide-ranging spectrum of exclusive finishes to maintain your brand image sustainably. Hot-foil embossing is also smudge-proof, durable, and wows with its excellent coverage and lightness

Punching

In order to detach the printed packages from the cardboard sheet, they are fed to our punching machine and punched, grooved, scored, perforated and embossed along their outline with the help of punching tools. We use state-of-the-art systems and precise tools to consistently achieve high quality, which guarantees high packaging performance over the long term for our customers. The cardboard waste is collected and 100% of it is recycled. We are also able to produce short runs without punching tools, using a digital punching process. On the one hand, this gives us a quick time to market (short delivery times), and on the other hand, sustainable packaging production by doing away with punching tools.

Gluing windows and bags

A wide range of different applications mean your products will also score points in advertising effectiveness with a creative twist. We offer you perfect packaging solutions with backed window film – including with creasing over corners. You can protect your product from tampering using inside bags. These can be easily perforated and glued to the corresponding tear-open tab. With this additional added comfort, removing the contents becomes much easier.

General gluing

Our machinery is as wide-ranging as the world of packaging itself. Special gluing machines are available for a wide variety of designs, which guarantee secure, accurate gluing of the folding box. All systems have integrated process control for applying glue, plus barcode reading to avoid intermixing different variants. State-of-the-art packaging robots deal with palletising the folding boxes packed in-line in corrugated boxes.

Full service and fulfilment

Our sophisticated top-loading technology, in combination with a rapid pick-and-place system, creates plenty of space for different individual solutions. Depending on your requirements, pallets can be loaded completely or stored until you need them. We carry out deliveries and meet customer-specific packaging requirements according to individual specifications.

‘5S Excellent’ seal in production and administration.

We have also taken on a pioneering role by receiving the 5S Excellent certification from DQS CFS GmbH for our production and administrative operations. In November 2015, we became the first company in the German printing industry to receive this distinction. 5S is an effective method for creating safe, clean and transparent workplaces and working environments. The 5S methodology helps make processes faster and more efficient.
