Physical activity, great conversations, and quality time outside of the workplace – this year, we once again held our traditional after-work cycling tour.
The cycling tour has been one of our regular summer activities for several years. Organized by employees for employees, it gives colleagues the opportunity to connect in a relaxed atmosphere after work while enjoying an active evening together.
On the Trails Around Baiersbronn
With seven e-bikes and one traditional bicycle, the group explored the scenic countryside around Baiersbronn, passing Rinkenteich, the wildlife enclosure, Tonbach Spring, and continuing to Hirschlachhütte. There, Albert Bengel, a member of our company’s shareholder family, welcomed the group with refreshments for a well-deserved break. After stopping for a meal together at Blume Obertal, the participants made their way back to the starting point.
Shared Activities as Part of Our Team Culture
The after-work cycling tour is a great example of how shared activities encourage connections between colleagues and strengthen team spirit beyond the workplace. The fact that the event has been organized through employee initiative for many years reflects the value it holds within our team.
