With temperatures exceeding 35 degrees—making it the hottest day of the year so far—colordruck Baiersbronn’s employee summer party last Friday was all about camaraderie, enjoyment, and a great atmosphere.
An evening to chat and unwind
After a busy day at work, the summer party provided an opportunity to wind down together at the end of the day and catch up outside the context of everyday work. Colleagues from a wide variety of departments came together to spend a relaxed evening with one another in the summery weather.
The Waldachtalhotel took care of the catering, treating the employees to a varied barbecue buffet. In keeping with the summery weather, the cocktail cart from easycocktails provided a welcome refreshment and rounded out the culinary offerings.
Entertainment for Every Taste
There was plenty to enjoy beyond the buffet as well. Whether playing on the basketball arcade machine, challenging colleagues at table football or capturing memories in the Blackforest Fotobox, there was something for everyone. A DJ provided the soundtrack for the evening, creating a lively atmosphere well into the night.
Once again, the summer party offered an excellent opportunity for colleagues from different departments to connect, strengthen existing relationships and meet new faces. Events like these are an important part of our corporate culture and help reinforce the strong team spirit across the company.

Celebrating together with care
When planning and organising this year’s employee summer party, we paid attention to aspects such as reusable tableware, the handling of leftover food and the choice of service providers.
For example, porcelain dishes and metal cutlery were used instead of disposable alternatives. Leftover food was distributed to employees in takeaway containers rather than discarded, to avoid food waste. We also made a conscious choice to work with regional service providers.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved and to our regional partners, whose commitment helped make the summer party a success. Once again, the event showed how well togetherness, appreciation and responsible action go hand in hand. We are already looking forward to our next summer party together.
