The suggestion scheme at colordruck Baiersbronn offers our employees the opportunity to actively contribute their ideas and optimizations to the company – be it to improve production processes, to promote social aspects or in terms of sustainability.
Once again this year, our employees were able to submit their suggestions for improvement via the suggestion scheme, giving them the chance to win HGV vouchers worth up to 200 euros.
Last year, we received a total of 30 suggestions from 9 different departments, in which 23 committed employees took part. Thanks to their valuable contributions, 10 of the suggestions were successfully implemented, resulting in savings of around 11,000 euros for our company.
We are particularly pleased to announce the winners of this year’s special draw:
- 1st place: Benjamin Reule (€200 HGV)
- 2nd place: Birgit Behm (€100 HGV)
- 3rd place: Markus Hegenbarth (50€ HGV)
