Yesterday evening, the Baden-Württemberg 2024 Environmental Award ceremony took place at the New Palace in Stuttgart. From among more than 100 entries, we were awarded the jury prize for “Outstanding Commitment to Sustainability” in recognition of our exceptional commitment to sustainability. With this award, the jury recognizes exemplary actions that reflect a comprehensive focus on sustainability across all aspects of business operations.
A total of eight companies were recognized in six categories and with two jury awards to honor their impressive commitment to various areas of sustainability. The Baden-Württemberg Environmental Award is one of the most important awards for companies that provide exemplary services in the areas of climate protection, resource conservation and energy efficiency.
We were particularly moved by the recognition from Environment Minister Thekla Walker, who highlighted not only our ecological but also our social initiatives in her speech. “The recognition from Minister Thekla Walker and the environmental award are a great affirmation for us and motivate us to work even more creatively and with even more energy on our sustainability goals,” says Pia Stockburger, Sustainability Manager at colordruck Baiersbronn.
Our Managing Director Martin Bruttel commented on this success with the words: “A fantastic success for colordruck Baiersbronn! This award is a great recognition of the diverse projects that our sustainability team has implemented in recent years with exceptional expertise and enthusiasm”.
This award allows us to close out 2024 in the best possible way—and we look forward to continuing to devote our full energy to further developing our projects in corporate environmental protection and for our employees in the coming year.
