On September 1, we at colordruck Baiersbronn were once again able to welcome young talent to our team. This year, we are delighted to welcome seven new trainees who are starting their careers with us. Among them are Ayoub El-Bouadli and Samantha Leitao, who will learn the profession of media technologist, Kim Pfaff, Marija Pezic and Nico Neumann as packaging technologists and Laura Spissinger, who is starting her training as an industrial clerk.
Once again this year, special attention was paid to a comprehensive onboarding process that successfully integrated the trainees into the company. Even in the first few days, they had the opportunity to gain intensive insights into our corporate culture and make important contacts with their new colleagues and trainers.
The week began with a welcome and an introduction to our company history, followed by a tour of the company. Training sessions on topics such as IT security, fire safety and data protection were also on the agenda to help them understand the importance of working in an increasingly digitalized world. To support them in their training, each of the trainees was given their own notebook, which they use as an important tool in their daily work.
During an excursion into nature at Mehliskopf, our new colleagues were able to get to know each other better and grow closer together through various outdoor and team-building activities.
Another highlight of the week were various theoretical and practical trainee workshops designed to make it easier for trainees to start their careers.
This year’s induction week once again concluded with the topic of “Sustainability in practice”. The young professionals got involved in an environmental project together with BUND Regionalverband Nordschwarzwald. The aim of helping with the project is to convey the principles of sustainability and ecological responsibility, as these are an integral part of the company’s philosophy.
With these experiences in their luggage, our trainees are now motivated and well prepared for their training at colordruck Baiersbronn. We are very happy about the new addition and wish all trainees every success on their training path!
