Last Friday, we honoured 14 employees for their many years of service. At the same time, three colleagues were given a well-deserved retirement.
“The year 2023 was a really impressive and extremely strong year for us in terms of work anniversaries,” said Jürgen Kilgus, Head of HR, in his welcoming address. “Our jubilarians have a total of 230 years of service at colordruck Baiersbronn,” Kilgus added. This special honour was bestowed on employees at the Hotel Sonne in Röt who have distinguished themselves over 10, 25 and even 40 years through their commitment and dedication. The partners Renate Bengel, Marlis Schwedes and Melanie Grebien in particular expressed their appreciation on this evening, thanking each jubilarian with personal words.
The ceremonial evening of honour was opened by the Mayor of Baiersbronn. Michael Ruf took the opportunity to reward 40 years of service with a certificate of honour from the state of Baden-Württemberg. He personally presented this to Mr Axel Klisch, who was honoured on this evening for his 40 years of loyalty to the company. The department heads also expressed their heartfelt thanks to those celebrating their anniversaries. David Farhad, Max Finkbeiner, Steffen Leins, Liridon Avdija, Yakub Asmis, Pascal Wahlich, Kim Öhrlein, Nihada Redzovic and Christoph Müller can look back on 10 eventful years at colordruck Baiersbronn. Michael-Erwin Schmelzle, Ronald-Steffen Hempel, Markus Reuff and Markus Danielczok were honoured for 25 years. Axel Klisch was honoured for 40 years of service. Finally, Barbara Meyer-Böhringer, Cornelia Frei and Reiner Fahrner were honoured on their well-deserved retirement. The evening’s musical entertainment was provided by pianist Kevin Dilper.
