In the \u201cMost Innovative Online Printer of the Year\u201d category, an individually personalised digital print packaging solution impressed the jury.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Druck&amp;Medien Awards are among the most prestigious awards in the German printing and media industry. Every year, they recognise companies and projects that stand out for their quality, innovation and exceptional solutions. After reaching the finals in three categories last year, colordruck Baiersbronn is once again on the shortlist in 2026.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:36;line-height:1.3;\">Personalisation meets a traditional brand<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>This year\u2019s entry focuses on a Christmas campaign by M\u00e4urer &amp; Wirtz for its traditional 4711 brand. As part of the campaign, customers could order personalised gift sets consisting of a fragrance and a slipcase, with a name of their choice printed directly onto the packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Customers could enter a name for their fragrance slipcase via a landing page. We then produced each slipcase individually using digital printing \u2013 on demand, without the need for stock and within five working days. This transformed the well-known traditional 4711 product into a personal Christmas gift. An uncoated reverse side also provided space for handwritten greetings.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:36;line-height:1.3;\">One of five finalists<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>With this project, we have made it into the top five finalists in the \u201cMost Innovative Online Printer of the Year\u201d category.<\/p>\n<p>The final result will be announced in October at the Druck&amp;Medien Awards 2026 ceremony in Berlin. Reaching the finals is already a great achievement for the entire project team.
