Beim diesj\u00e4hrigen Rentnertreff bei colordruck Baiersbronn stand das Wiedersehen im Mittelpunkt \u2013 mit vielen Gespr\u00e4chen, Erinnerungen und einem Blick darauf, was sich im Unternehmen ver\u00e4ndert hat.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Am Donnerstag, den 9. Oktober 2025, fand der diesj\u00e4hrige Rentnertreff statt \u2013 ein liebgewonnener Termin, der l\u00e4ngst als fester Bestandteil der Unternehmensgemeinschaft etabliert ist. In diesem Jahr durften wir mit 37 Ruhest\u00e4ndlern so viele G\u00e4ste wie noch nie zuvor begr\u00fc\u00dfen. Die Freude war gro\u00df, unsere ehemaligen Kolleginnen und Kollegen wieder willkommen zu hei\u00dfen und gemeinsam einen sch\u00f6nen Nachmittag zu verbringen.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Insights into the company’s innovations<\/h3><\/div>

The afternoon began with a tour of the company, expertly guided and moderated by Markus Thielen, Ralf Wieland, and J\u00fcrgen Kilgus. A lot had changed at the company since the last meeting\u2014new machines, modernized work areas, and exciting projects were on display. During the tour, there was plenty of opportunity to chat with each other and reminisce about times gone by. For many participants, reuniting with old companions and sharing memories of shared experiences were among the most enjoyable moments of the meeting.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Coffee and cake<\/h3><\/div>

This was followed by the more relaxed part of the afternoon: over coffee and cake, Managing Director Mike G\u00fcnther warmly welcomed those present and provided information on current topics relating to the company and its employees. Head of Human Resources J\u00fcrgen Kilgus then welcomed the new retirees by name and observed a minute’s silence in memory of colleagues who had already passed away \u2013 a moving moment of solidarity and respect.<\/p>\n

On behalf of all retirees, Alexander Herrmann presented shareholders Renate Bengel, Marlis Schwedes, and Melanie Grebien with a small gift as a token of appreciation and gratitude. At the end of the meeting, each participant received a small gift\u2014a nice reminder of a harmonious and warm afternoon.<\/p>\n

This year’s retirees’ meeting ended with many good conversations, laughter, and a feeling of community. We are already looking forward to welcoming many familiar faces back to colordruck Baiersbronn next fall.<\/p>\n<\/div>
