colordruck Baiersbronn continues to drive forward its sustainability strategy. With this year’s expansion of the photovoltaic system, we are sending another strong signal for the responsible use of resources and independence from fossil fuels.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the course of the project, all available and suitable roof areas were carefully examined and ultimately used optimally. Additional open spaces were also incorporated. A particular highlight is the newly constructed roofing over our roof terrace with an integrated PV system. It serves a dual purpose: on the one hand, it creates additional space for sustainable power generation, and on the other hand, it significantly enhances the break area for our employees and improves the quality of their stay by providing effective protection from the sun and weather.<\/p>\n

With the expansion, the installed capacity of the company’s own PV system will increase from the previous 99 kWp by an additional 261 kWp to a total of 360 kWp.<\/p>\n

The aim is to significantly reduce electricity consumption from the public grid and cut both energy costs and CO\u2082 emissions. Given the current high electricity prices, the investment will pay for itself in just a few years, representing a further step towards an economically and ecologically sustainable energy supply.<\/p>\n<\/div>
