As a packaging technologist (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring that the products reach the customer undamaged, because packaging has long been more than a protective cover – it presents the product.

During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to set up and change over technically demanding, often computer-controlled high-performance machines and ensure a trouble-free production process. The development and production of environmentally friendly and innovative packaging is part of the computer-supported field of activity. You will also be involved in quality control and production planning. Separating, shaping and finishing packaging materials is just as much a part of your job description as controlling the production process and producing manual samples.
